PSEUDO FEMINISM OR MISANDRY


 

There are four groups of people, and they are: Feminist- who strive for equal rights, safety and protection; Misogynist- Who think that there should be a world only run by men; Misandrist who think that only women should rule and have all the rights;Pseudo-feminist-who think they are feminists but have a different goal altogether!They think that degrading men and spreading hate against a specific gender is defined as feminism, they even degrade and objectify women.

We all know that the first thing that strikes our mind after hearing the term feminism is “woman”, their safety, security and giving special rights to them but in reality, this is what a pseudo feminist demands. A feminist asks for equal rights, protection and opportunities! All they demand is equality between two different genders.

I have seen many people treating people badly under the name of feminism, I have heard stories and read articles where in innocent boys are victims just because of some girl files false complaints and people think that women don’t lie when they are feminists which is not true. According to the pseudo feminists they try to resolve the issues of women by demeaning men and basically blaming them for everything.

 Now let’s take an example of rape rather a victim of rape.We all understand how heinous is the crime of violence, abuse and rape. Mostly the victim is a woman but then there are many cases where in men are the victim of sexual abuse and that are not recorded because men fear that they will be judged and made fun of. Now let’s agree that most of us reading this cannot believe that men can also be victims. In reality men are also the victims but in such cases our society fails to accept the fact that. In such cases a boy goes from being a normal person and living a normal life to being a rapist. There are so many cases where in teenage boys are falsely accused and that has led them to “suicide” because teenagers are fragile.

The movie “Section 375”, which talked about how a woman files a false rape case just for revenge and at the end the man was proved guilty when in reality it was a false accusation, in such cases society and its mindset play an important role and therefore “her fake tears proved an innocent man guilty”.

Nowadays feminism is a trending topic on social media, everyone gives their own opinions and thoughts which sometimes are contrary to the meaning of feminism. Only few of them know what is feminism others become pseudo feminists.Pseudo feminist do not ask for equality rather they want to create a world ruled by just women. They think degrading men or spreading hatred towards a particular gender is feminism. They create gender division.

 We can see many examples of people calling themselves feminists but acting like pseudo- feminists. I would like to clear that men can also be feminists as not all of us know that men can also be feminists and thatit is a way of life for the gimmicks in order to attract the audience to this topic. We can witness pseudo feminism in many ways like for example, Few days back I read an article that said that they witnessed a girl in bus who didn’t gave a seat to 70 years old man who was sick and the only reason for that was because she thought she is a feminist. If this is what is feminism then one should never be a feminist, but thankfully it’s not.  “I will not cook because it is sexist!” is probably the worst statement among pseudo feminists because there are women who genuinely love and enjoy making food for their husband and there are women who love to prioritize household chores and taking care of their family than career.

So basically, it is their choice and it’s up to them what they choose to.

Also, pseudo feminists think that all men are dog but a woman cannot be a bitch again an example of demeaning men.A basic example is that pseudo feminists think that a working woman is independent and a working man is because of his responsibility. On the other hand, feminist think that working woman and man both are independent.

In a nutshell, Pseudo feminists under the name of woman empowerment not only demean men but they also degrade women. These are the people who under the name of feminism degrade men, spread hate against a specific gender.

They fail to understand that feminist strive for equality amongst gender, for equal rights and protection.
